I grew up in New York City and first entered the real estate market in 1976. I moved upstate in 1984 to open a Bed and Breakfast and antique shop. I love living in the Hudson Valley and know that my experience both personally and professionally assists my clients in having a rewarding real estate experience. 

 I think for some, including me, we get into jobs that fill only financial needs or that we somehow find ourselves doing something without regard to satisfying ones soul.  This satisfies my soul.  I love everything about homes.  They are as individual as the person themselves.  I love matching the house to the people, I never get tired of the hunt for the buyer or the presentation for the seller. . I do very well in negotiations as that is an art form in itself.

 As I have been a Realtor for a while I feel that the best quality I can present to my client is the consistency and success of the process.  I am totally committed to having my clients experience the happiest, least stressful most rewarding real estate experience.  I attend to all the details that make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth and stress free as possible. I offer my clients resource lists of proven professionals to help them in the process.  I feel the expertise in ones field should not necessarily be one specific part of it but the ability to do what you do with the highest quality, integrity and commitment to service that is possible in all areas of your profession.  I equally love working with a first time home buyer, a high end home on the Hudson River or and antique stone house.  The diversity of my profession is one of the things I adore about my chosen field.  I truly enjoy getting up and going to work every day.
